Buying my house quickly for cash

I reallly need to sell my house for cash and I need to sell fast following on from my divorce break up only last year. We need to sell so that we can split the proceeds of the sale and move go our seperate ways asap. A friend of mine recently sold their house to a sell house for cash specialist and they gave away a discount of 30% on the RICs valuation in return for a quick sale that only took 30 days to complete. We are also getting into problems and arrears with our latest mortgage payments as neither of us wish to have to pay for it and therefore if we dont act quickly then we may be facing house repossession proceedings which would only make matters worse and the house would probably end up being sold at auction on the cheap! This is off course what we dont want to happen.
